Front Street District

Office tenants like ATI, Palmetto Primary Care and St. Leo University enjoy close proximity to Nexton Square, an outdoor plaza surrounded by a mix of destination dining, shopping, and services. The square offers a mix of well-loved local restaurants and retailers – Taco Boy, Hall's Chophouse, Poogan’s Southern Kitchen, and the Bicycle Shoppe, to name a few – with a few familiar regional brands sprinkled in.
