Gold Nugget Award Winner Nexton Part of PCBC Virtual Panel Discussion
Nexton Marketing Director Cassie Cataline joined a panel of other PCBC Gold Nugget award-winning communities to discuss the overall success of Nexton, a 5,000-acre, mixed-use community located just outside Charleston, SC. The Community Design: Then, Now, and What's Next panel talked about product segmentation, amenity strategies, and customer experience design. With community more important than ever, panelists shared how developing a successful master-planned community is both art and science.
